Re: integrity of copyists and scribes – We have put too much importance on man’s part not only in the recording of Scripture, but in the preservation of the Word of God. It is through the complete working by the Godhead that our fingers can confidently reach into it’s pages, and our hearts can freely trust in every word because God wrote the words that were once delivered to holy men of old by God the Holy Spirit. How can we not trust that the Bible we have today (that was written by God, about God, sent by God, delivered by God and maintained by God) has been preserved for us in all purity and in all truth.
