For the Law
Hebrews 10:1
For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. (Hebrews 10:1)

The Law and the Mediator
Once again, the Spirit of God in this wonderful book reminds us of the past . . . For the law. Here we see a division by the Holy Spirit to remind us of that which is of the Law and that which is of grace. The Law was given in the day of the mediator Moses. However, we now live in the day of the Mediator, Christ the Lord. Moses (although favored of God) was but a man: of the earth, earthy. The Lord Jesus who brought grace and truth to us was the Lord from heaven. The word mediator is mentioned seven times in the New Testament, and is not recorded in the Old Testament, and yet, Moses stood between God and the children of Israel as a mediator.
Side Note. Mediator. Six verses but SEVEN times the word mediator is documented in the New Testament. Seven the number of the spiritual perfection of God.
Wherefore then [serveth] the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; [and it was] ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:19)
Now a mediator is not [a mediator] of one, but God is one. (Galatians 3:20)
For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (1st Timothy 2:5)
But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. (Hebrews 8:6)
And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions [that were] under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. (Hebrews 9:15)
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than [that of] Abel. (Hebrews 12:24) ♦ End of Side Note: Mediator
This was an earthly covenant between God and an earthly people. All their blessings were of the earth conditioned on their obedience. The first five books of the Bible begin God’s revelation of Himself to mankind. Moses was the mediator, the prophet, and the judge, and he was one of the most favored servants of God throughout all of scripture. Many of the Jews in the day of Christ spoke of the Law as being the law of Moses. and the name of Moses was always linked to the prophets. He was an outstanding servant of God, and at the end of his course, God Himself wrote his epitaph, Moses my servant is dead.
The Law was ordained of angels and was a shadow of things to come. It was cast over mankind as a cloud of good things to come when the promised Seed would be revealed in the Lord Jesus Christ. Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:19) The Law was added because of transgressions until that holy thing, the holy seed should come to whom the promises were made. Compare this with verse 16 of Galatians Chapter 3, Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. Notice how the Holy Spirit phrases the words in this verse . . . but as of one . . . And to thy seed, which is Christ. Here Christ is separated in a divine way from Abraham. That there is a Seed of promise that was given at the place of transgression IN the garden by God Himself. That there would be a Seed, a single seed given to the woman which is recorded in Genesis 3:15. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. And the fulfillment of this promise was completed in the fullness of time. But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law. (Galatians 4:4) We read in Hebrews Chapter 10, verse 5 that God prepared a special body to take away sin for all the sacrifices that had gone before could not remove sin. In the fullness of time, the promise of the Seed was fulfilled and this Seed was that holy thing of Luke 1:35. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: (Hebrews 10:5) And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. (Luke 1:35)
The gospel of Luke, Chapter 1, verse 35 begins the fullness of time which Christ fulfilled in His birth, His walk and His death on the cross of Calvary. The body prepared was that holy thing from heaven. Only once in all of scripture it is recorded that the Holy Ghost came upon a woman, and she conceived with that holy thing. The very Seed that came from heaven was wrapped in God’s holiness and righteousness. We need to remember Galatians 3:19, pay attention to the words, till the seed should come, and then in the fullness of time that Seed was revealed to us as that holy thing, that holy child, that Holy One, the Holy God. And we who are born of that Seed have been given a life from above in Jesus Christ. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (1st Peter 1:23) We are born again of an incorruptible seed, and we know that this Seed is Christ for in Isaiah Chapter 53, verse 10, the Lord Jesus treats His seed as a personal seed of those who will believe in Him. Isaiah tells us (through the Spirit of Christ) that the Lord Jesus would see His seed speaking of all those who are born of Him. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. (Isaiah 53:10)
We need to also see how the Spirit of God answers the questions of man’s heart. Where would this seed come from? And what would this seed be? The seed came from heaven, we see this in Luke Chapter 1 as Gabriel promised Mary that she would receive that Seed in the words holy thing. So, the Seed came from heaven. It was not of the earth and then the Spirit of God tells us when — in the fullness of time. (Galatians 4:4)

All The Law Fulfilled
Both the woman and the Law are linked together for that holy Seed had to fulfill ALL the Law. That holy Seed had to bring the righteousness of God to earth. That holy Seed, the body that was prepared, was greater than all the sacrifices under the Law. The Holy Ghost carried that precious Seed from on high to fulfill the promise of Gabriel. In Chapter 10 of the book of Hebrews, immediately at the very beginning of the Chapter, God the Holy Spirit, presents us before the Law of God. For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. (Hebrews 10:1)
What a marvelous thing, in the 10th Chapter of the book of Hebrews we are presented before those two tables of stone with the ten commands of God against us. After reading through Hebrews Chapter 9, we have seen the wonder of the blood of Christ, and how the Eternal Spirit fills our hearts with relief concerning our sins and that holy and righteous blood (the blood of God) covered our sins.
On the cross of Calvary, we see the fulfillment of all the days of atonement in the history of Israel. This was the fulfillment for all of mankind. God was IN Christ reconciling the world unto Himself. He was fulfilling ALL the Law and the prophets. He was fulfilling ALL those sacrifices that could not take away sin. God’s day of atonement had come, and through the death of God’s dear Son, mankind would enter into the year of jubile. (This phrase the year of jubile is mentioned seven (7) times in scripture.)
Side Note: The Year of Jubile.Â
But if he be not able to restore [it] to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession. (Leviticus 25:28)
And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in [the year of] jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites [are] their possession among the children of Israel. (Leviticus 25:33)
[But] as an hired servant, [and] as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, [and] shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:Â (Leviticus 25:40)
And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him. (Leviticus 25:50)
And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, [and] according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption. (Leviticus 25:52)
And if he be not redeemed in these [years], then he shall go out in the year of jubile, [both] he, and his children with him. (Leviticus 25:54)
If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand. (Leviticus 27:17) ♦ End of Side Note: The Year of Jubile.
Also, the phrase for the law is also mentioned seven times in scripture. Man would be FREE if he would only believe in the Son of God who gave Himself for the sin of the world. Therefore, Hebrews Chapter 10 is a reminder of how that all started and verse 1 presents to us those stones of the Law. Numbers are important in scripture.
The Holy Spirit begins the number ten in the tenth Chapter of the book of Hebrews with the words For the law. What a Bible, this KJB, the numbers and the words confirm the Spirit’s touch. And here is a little bit more of the Spirit’s touch, compare Luke 22 with Psalm 22. John 17 with Psalm 17, I will draw it out for you. In Luke Chapter 22, Christ is suffering in the garden, (remember that sin began in a garden), and what was before Him was causing Christ to sweat great drops of blood. In Psalm 22, the suffering Savior takes us from the garden to inside of His own heart and paints a picture of all that He bore on the tree, both seen and unseen. In John Chapter 17, we have the high priestly prayer of Christ, as Melchisedec. He is dealing solely with His Father in heaven. When He lifted up His eyes, the heavens were open to Him, and He looked upon the Father’s face. He had explained to us in John Chapter 3, verse 13 His omnipresence, and His omnipresence is carried even to the cross for the heavens were still open to Him. The first words that He expressed on the cross were the words of a high priest making intercession for the transgressors, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. Once more, as Melchisedec, the Eternal Priest of the most high God, He lifted up His eyes piercing the heavens and looking on the Father’s face. These words of intercession have spread over all of humanity, to give mankind an opportunity to embrace the Father’s forgiveness through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. The very first words from the cross were the words of mercy for others, and not for Himself.
He experienced sorrow not like any sorrow of mankind when the men of this world would inflict such pain and sorrow and then the heavens became as brass as judgment was metered out by a holy and righteous God against the sin and iniquity of all mankind. This precious lamb of God would bear the sin of the whole world. The Lord Jesus would suffer the sorrow of His own soul. Reflect on these verses from Lamentations. They only give us a small view of what transpired on the cross of Calvary.
Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass by? behold, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow, which is done unto me, wherewith the LORD hath afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger. (Lamentations 1:12) From above hath he sent fire into my bones, and it prevaileth against them: he hath spread a net for my feet, he hath turned me back: he hath made me desolate and faint all the day. (Lamentations 1:13) The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up. (Lamentations 1:14)
But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. (Psalm 22:6) All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, (Psalm 22:7) He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him. (Psalm 22:8)
I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels. (Psalm 22:14) My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death. (Psalm 22:15) For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet. (Psalm 22:16)
Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. (Psalm 53:10)
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. (2nd Corinthians 5:21)
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:Â (Galatians 3:13) At this point read ALL of Psalm 17. Pay attention to verse 1 and verse 15. Verse 1 Hear the righteous, verse 15, When I awake with thy likeness. Now let’s go to John Chapter 17, verse 1, and verse 5.
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:Â (John 17:1)
And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. (John 17:5)
So why would God need a divine sacrifice? Righteousness could not be found in the earth. Righteousness had to come from heaven above. It has to be imputed unto man for because of the sin of Adam, all righteousness had been stripped from mankind. And only through faith, throughout the history of man, could man receive righteousness from a holy and righteous God above. The first man of faith, Abel, received the righteousness of God through His obedience and sacrifice to God. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. (Hebrews 11:4)
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. (James 2:23)
But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;Â (Romans 4:24)
And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. (Genesis 15:6)
From these verses we see that man in Adam because of sin have NO righteousness. Righteousness HAS to come through the divine Gift, which is His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. It is IMPUTED unto us THROUGH Christ, who is made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. (1st Corinthians 1:30) So in the mind of man the divine sacrifice was given so that ALL the sin of the world would be transferred to that sacrifice. In turn, because of that sacrifice divine righteousness has been transferred to ALL who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. God’s righteousness is given to us in the process of our new birth through Jesus Christ Not because of our own value, or the value of our works, it is the value of His dear Son that allows us to stand before God IN His righteousness. Chapter 10 of Hebrews will show us that all the sacrifices under the Law could not take away sin. IF ALL of mankind was sacrificed, they could not atone for one sin or even for that very first sin in Adam. Yet it pleased the Father to bruise His Son, to put the Holy One to grieve, and so we see heaven is the source of man’s redemption in Jesus Christ. Only a Son, God’s beloved Son, could satisfy the Father and fulfill all the mercies of God. Love would overwhelm and destroy sin in His beloved Son. The true and only divine peace child would come to lay down His life and reconcile the world unto Himself. The Seed of righteousness would take root and, in His suffering, and sorrow He, the Lord Jesus Himself, was satisfied. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. (Isaiah 53:11) As the Law had shadows, each and every commandment spoke of God’s righteousness. This is what righteousness under the Law commanded of all of man. The Law was the standard heaven’s righteousness commanded it so. So, Christ was made under the Law to fulfill the Law for us. For the Law came from a mountain that no man could climb.

The Law a Shadow of Good Things to Come
For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. (Hebrews 10:1) Through the knowledge of Scripture, shadows become reality and the unseen becomes the seen.
The Law and the prophets spoke of the things that would transpire on earth. Both the two tables of the Law and the writings were the shadows over the earth, and what would transpire on the earth. The Tabernacle was the shadows of the heavenlies and the glories of Christ. All that was of the Tabernacle spoke of God’s dear Son. Even the priesthood of Aaron was only a shadow of the Royal Priestly King, Melchisedec: The Eternal Priest, yesterday, today and forever. Although the first covenant was sealed in blood, it also was a shadow of good things to come for now the divine covenant of Christ is sealed with God’s blood and all the shadows are fulfilled in the Lord Jesus Christ. All that was on earth in the days of Moses was NOT the true image from above. This was fulfilled when the Holy Ghost brought that holy thing into the world, who is the image of the invisible God. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins. (Colossians 1:14) Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature. (Colossians 1:15) God was manifested in such a way that man in his lost condition cannot perceive the power of God. Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. (Matthew 22:29) All the fantasies of man searching for a divine being have failed for they refuse to search the scriptures and see the heart and mind of the Spirit for only the Spirit of God can reveal to the soul the very truth of the Living God. Once one has searched the holy scriptures, and diligently seeks after God, the eyes are opened, and the revelation of God is this: absolutely nothing is impossible with God. For with God nothing shall be impossible. (Luke 1:37) Through the knowledge of Scripture, shadows become reality and the unseen becomes the seen. When faith reveals the Light and the darkness is removed, God has given His Light and that Light has come unto man in the image of the invisible God who is Jesus Christ. Let’s look deeper into the Law as seen in the word of God. We see in the scriptures that the Law is holy and good.
And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. (Galatians 3:17)
For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. (Galatians 3:18)
Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:19)
Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. (Galatians 3:20)
Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. (Galatians 3:21)
But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. (Galatians 3:22)
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. (Galatians 3:23)
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. (Galatians 3:24)
But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. (Galatians 3:25)
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26)
The writing and precepts of the Law are holy, and they came from a holy mount. The same holy mount where the fulfillment of the Law in Jesus Christ was transfigured before Peter, James and John.
For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. (2nd Peter 1:16)
For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (2nd Peter 1:17)
And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. (2nd Peter 1:18)
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:Â (2nd Peter 1:19)
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (2nd Peter 1:20)
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2nd Peter 1:21)
The testimony of the Law leaves all under sin. The conscience within testifies of the Law until it is seared by sin. Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) (Romans 2:15) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron. (1st Timothy 4:2) The conscience is the inward Law given to all of mankind and when that conscience is continually defiled by sin, the conscience becomes seared, and man enters into a lawless state. The effects of this lawless state drives man further into iniquity and away from the Almighty God. The outward Law or Law of Moses was given to show that lawless man what God required of him, for the inward voice of God had been cast out by man. This is why God shows us that the Law was a schoolmaster, and this schoolmaster was given to educate man and to show man what he had become. The Law was given BECAUSE of transgression.
Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:19)
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. (Galatians 3:24) But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. (Galatians 3:25)
By the Law man was forced to look at himself as God saw him. And man was to draw the conclusion that he was a worthless sinner before God with NO hope and without God in this world. The Law did not conceal faith, for faith was given first to Abel and to ALL them who call on the name of the Lord.
And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD. (Genesis 4:26)
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:Â (John1:12) Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John1:13)
Both Genesis and the gospel of John are books of beginnings. And they have a lot in common with each other. Genesis 1:3 gives us God’s Light; John 1 gives us He who is Life and Light. Genesis 1 separates the Light from the darkness, and in the gospel according to John, Light came into the world in the Son of God, and the darkness comprehended it not. Light had come into the world, and man loved darkness and hated the Light because the works of man and Satan are evil.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (John 3:19) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. (John 3:20) But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. (John 3:21)

The Law Measures Man
The Law in itself is a barometer of man’s evil. Whether it is the Old Testament or the New Testament, Adam’s race is measured by the Law outside of Christ. Although man is ignorant of this fact, it is only IN Christ that man can have liberty from the Law. Yet even in this liberty we cannot use liberty as a cloak for sin or evil. Man cannot hide His sin from God. We see God’s judgment by the amount of sin man accumulates in the world and in nations. When the cup of sin was full in Genesis Chapter 6, God removed ALL but eight souls from this world. Today with such a populated world, we cannot comprehend such a judgment, and yet, every day we see the judgment of God upon man in nations, in wars, in plagues, famine, storms, crimes and murders, and the insolvency of countries and the slavery of man to the desires of their rulers. And in our day, we see man’s insanity. Entire nations are completely insane with NO understanding of that which is good. Man’s mind is so perverted today that man sees good as evil, and evil as good. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)
This entire earth that God created moans and groans under the weight of man’s sin. And shortly, mankind is going to moan and groan under the judgment of God. This judgment is going to fall sooner than they think. For it is truly time for the Lord to work His judgment. It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law. (Psalm 119:126) If a country is destroyed in its sin, that is a just recompense of reward for their evil.
Germany felt this judgment at the conclusion of WWII when the third Reich collapsed and they were starving because of the madness of man, and now after these many years, in my lifetime, we are again seeing the rise of a worldwide fourth Reich. It is developed in the European Union, and in NATO, and in all western powers embraced by the UN. They have all embraced a new Nazism mingled with fascism. Hitler is being resurrected by the west as it focuses on Ukraine. The death squads of tyranny are active, and once again we see the ‘brown shirts’ walking the streets of this world. The West has concealed this from the people because their lies are more precious to them than the truth. Whether it is Europe or the United States, they are locking up those who disagree with their tyranny. Speech has been silenced by prison doors. Countries are vaulting themselves into bankruptcy and their citizens have become their enemies. This is why we have the incarceration of the true victims of January 6th for if anyone does not agree with the DemocratRepublican/Nazism/Fascism’s unification agenda they are locked away in darkness.
Dear friend, we are on the very precipice of Revelation Chapter 6, the Lamb that was slain is preparing to break that first seal because of the ungodly men of this world. This seal will begin the divine judgment and the first horsemen will appear. This is the first seal that the Lamb (Jesus Christ) will open. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. (Revelation 6:2) I want you to notice in the 6th Chapter of the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ that there are SIX seals, but only four horsemen. The number four is the number of the world of man. All four men and all four horsemen loudly speak of man’s insanity for it will be because of MAN that these early judgments will begin. The fifth seal (five which is the number of grace) breaks from man’s insanity and reveals the evidence of man’s wickedness upon the earth in those who are dead in Christ and cry out to the Lord. How long, before the judgment falls upon the whole earth. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? (Revelation 6:10) And God comforts them by telling them it will be a short time. Here we have those who have been slaughtered for their faith, and they will wait until the sixth seal is finished. And the Lord Jesus will take His throne of everlasting judgment. The sixth seal begins the supernatural judgment from above, and it so obvious to man that man KNOWS it is the judgment of God, and of the Lamb that was slain. The coming devastation of this earth cannot be stopped by man for God will rain fire and shake the earth as never before. Man will be left with a barren world of famine and despair all because of the weight of his sin. Revelation Chapter 6 tells us that the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light as a holy and righteous God will take His vengeance on Adam’s race on a world that has for many millenniums denied the Almighty God. Man has filled up the balance of judgment, and the Law, the Law of Moses, is still condemning ungodly sinners. When the nation of Israel was at their end, and their sin and transgression had filled up their cup of woe, this is what God said to them.Â
And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place:(2nd Chronicles 36:15) But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy. (2nd Chronicles 36:16)
And just as then, there is no remedy for the world AT this present time. The only remedy is for those who will trust the Lord Jesus Christ for the world is going to have to ride out this tsunami of sin to their own destruction. Israel’s sin was so grievous that God gave them up. He wrote upon the ten tribes of the north, Loruhamah, I will no longer have mercy. Then Loammi, for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.
And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away. (Hosea 1:6)
Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God. (Hosea 1:9)
This curtain of darkness is still over the house of Israel. And Judah is included. All twelve tribes are wandering in the wilderness of this world today without their God. Even in their own land they are ruled by the world. Telling them what their borders can be, and how they must conduct that which is within their land. We will see that the Israelites in our day do not have a sovereign land. When God promised Abraham a land that Abraham would possess in Genesis Chapter 15 verse 18. In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.
To simplify the borders of this promise, God used two great rivers, one in the south and one in the northeast, from the great river of Egypt (the Nile) to the great river, the Euphrates which is at this present time runs through Syria and Iraq. This was the promise to Abraham and to his seed. And in the divine counsels this has not changed. The current borders of Israel were and have been dictated by the world, but their nation of Israel at the end of their struggle when Christ will come will receive the FULL expanse of their territorial borders, and under the rule of Christ, this will be the first time that the nation of Israel has complete rule over its own domain that was promised to Abraham. And Christ will also be Sovereign over the nations of the world for one thousand years. And when Christ comes the whole nation of Israel will say to Him, the One that they rejected, the One who they had crucified, the One who they have mocked for over two thousand years, they will say to the image of God in Jesus Christ, Thou art our God, and Christ, as God, will say to them in all love and mercy, Thou art my people. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. (Zechariah 13:9) This last trial of Israel will bring the peaceable fruits of righteousness for she will recognize the King on His throne; however, this King will be different from all the other sovereigns who have ever been. For this throne will embrace ALL the righteousness of God. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (Hebrews 1:8) The Lord Jesus will establish the borders promised to Abraham with the sword of His mouth. Under His rule there will be NO U.N. nor NATO nor WEF. There will be NO European Union. There will be NO global organization uniting nations together. There will be ONE Sovereign rule in all the earth from the throne of the King of Israel, the Lord Jesus Christ. And in Jerusalem, there will be ONE temple. the Temple of the Living God, and He will sit upon His throne for He will be both Priest AND King in the midst of Israel. Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. (Zechariah 6:13) In the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ when He is manifested the second time IN THE IMAGE of the invisible God there will be only ONE faith in the world. In Jerusalem, there will be ONE Temple. There will be NO church of the nativity, and there will be NO dome of the rock. ALL will be gone except God’s Temple. Worldwide there will be NO more Council of Churches, NO world religions, NO worship of wood, stone, or metals. ALL will be centered in the worship of the King who sits IN Jerusalem, and He will be known as the King of Peace. ALL the nations of the world, once a year, will perform a pilgrimage to Jerusalem to keep the Feast of Tabernacles before the Lord.
For the law who can stand. Yet the Law having a shadow of good things to come in the very fullness of time. (Galatians 4:4) This was the FULFILLMENT of the promise to Abraham, this was the King’s seal in His own blood on the cross of Calvary. This was the Priest’s most precious offering in offering Himself unto God. And He offered Himself in the glorious IMAGE of the invisible God in Jesus Christ. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colossians 1:14) Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature. (Colossians 1:15) The law and the prophets spoke of the Lord Jesus as the Savior of man. God the Father spoke of the Lord Jesus as His beloved Son. And the Spirit of God illuminates the very word of God to show us the glory of God IN the face of Jesus Christ. The Bible is NOT divided, it is a WHOLE. It begins with divine thought and continues with THAT thought to the very end of scripture.
In the book of Genesis Chapter 1, there are two particular words that run throughout the entire Bible. And these two words gives man a portrait of not only of his divine Creator, but that Creator being man’s divine Redeemer. One word is Light, and the other word is seed. I want you to look at the first page of your Bible, not the introduction, but Genesis 1:1. Then I want you to go to the last words from the Spirit of God in Revelation Chapter 22, between these two Chapters is the WHOLE REVELATION of God. The three main characters are: God, man and Satan. Your Bible is NOT divided, it is a WHOLE. It begins with divine thought and continues with THAT thought to the very end of scripture. The fulfillment of these scriptures is to show man his need for a Redeemer, that ALL have sinned and have come short of the glory of God. The first word Light begins in Genesis 1:3 and 4. It continues into the book of beginnings in the New Testament in John 1:3 and 4, and this word light ends in the last Chapter of scripture, Revelation 22, verse 5. We have the first mention of light in the first book in the first Chapter. Then in the New Testament we have the book of beginnings in John’s gospel with the words, In the beginning was the Word. We see Christ as both Life and Light for every man. And then, to finalize this one-word Light, it is the LAST glow of divine thought to man in Revelation 22, and there we have the last mention of light and this light and life is IN the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. There are many more references to light and I beseech you to do your homework. Search the scriptures but before you do, ask the Almighty for divine guidance through the valleys, over the mountains, across the plains and through the wilderness, and let the Spirit of Christ be your guide for there is no other who has both life and light.
The second word is seed and that also appears in Genesis Chapter 1, verse 11 with the words, whose seed is in itself. And then we have this thought although it is speaking of trees to Genesis 3:15, and the divine promised seed that was given by God that HE would have the seed within Himself. Luke 1:35 proves that divine thought. For the holy thing came from heaven above. Galatians 3:16 enforces this thought for the seed is NOT of Abraham, but of thy seed which is Christ. And we should remember that God honors both the seed of Abraham and the seed which is Christ. And then we find that there is a perfect and incorruptible Seed and this Seed is the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (1st Peter 1:23) Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. (Isaiah 53:10) There are more references to the word seed, again, do your homework by the guidance of the Spirit of Christ.

For the Law in the Old Testament
The phrase for the law is mentioned seven times in the Bible. Twice in the Old Testament as a witness of what is to come . . . Jeremiah 18:18 and Micah 4:2. In Jeremiah 18:18 the corrupt priesthood went against Jeremiah who was called from the womb to be a prophet to the nations. And God put His own words into the mouth of Jeremiah to prophesy to the people.
• Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words. (Jeremiah 18:18)
Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, (Jeremiah 1:4) Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. (Jeremiah 1:5)
Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. (Jeremiah 1:9)
We have the first witness of for the law  in Jeremiah 18:18, and the conflict that Jeremiah had with the corrupt priest who were using the Law to discredit Jeremiah who was called of God to prophesy to Israel and to the nations concerning the judgment of God.
• And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. In Micah 4:2, we see the finality of the Law in pure holiness This is during the reign of the King of kings and Lord of lords for the Law will be the word of His mouth and not one jot nor tittle shall pass away.

For the Law in the New Testament
In the New Testament the phrase For the law is mentioned five (5) times, the number of grace. And five times every reference BEGINS with For the law.
• For the law was given by Moses, [but] grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. So therefore, in the New Testament we begin with For the law in John 1:17. The Holy Spirit of God in John 1:17 reveals a connection with the law that came by Moses to the ONE who is grace and truth, the Lord Jesus Christ.
• For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. In Romans 8:2 again begins with For the law, but now it is the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus which shows us a continual thought by the Spirit of God.
• For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope [did]; by the which we draw nigh unto God. In Hebrews 7:19 the Spirit of God shows us that the Law could not make us perfect before God. Only the hope which is IN Jesus Christ could transform us by our new birth into the sons of God.
• For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, [maketh] the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. In Hebrews 7:18 again we see the imperfections NOT in the Law but in the human element that ONLY Christ by an oath given from on high could bring salvation to the children of Adam.
• For the law having a shadow of good things to come, [and] not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. In Hebrews 10:1, the Holy Spirit ties the bow of His eternal thought with John 1:17.
For the law introduces us to a continual thought of the Spirit of God around grace and truth that came by Jesus Christ. For He is our eternal life. He is our eternal hope. And He has brought to us ALL the goodness of God. Man could not have put these five verses in the Bible and begin each verse with these three words: For the law and have the continual thought throughout each and every verse. What we have before us is the supernatural word of God. Everything in its proper order. Every word with a holy definition. Every precept with divine authority, and every line a continual thought of the divine Creator and Savior of men Jesus Christ.
Amen and Amen.
